PRE-CARE INSTRUCTION
(Must Be Strictly Followed)

-
Bleeding & Sensitivity: Follow all instructions to minimize bleeding and sensitivity, which can affect pigment results.
-
Skin Condition: Ensure your skin is free from irritations (e.g., blemishes, eczema) and healed scars (at least 1 year old).
-
Accutane: Avoid Accutane for at least 6 months before your appointment.
-
Supplements: Stop taking Fish Oil, Vitamin C, Glucosamine, Evening Primrose Oil, and Ginger 1 week before. These can thin your blood and affect healing.

-
Facial Treatments: No facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, peels, or laser treatments 4 weeks before.
-
Cosmetic Injections: Avoid injections on your forehead for 2 weeks before.
-
Medications: Avoid blood thinners like Ibuprofen and Aspirin 72 hours prior. Consult your doctor if necessary. Use Tylenol if needed.
-
Exercise: Do not exercise on the day of your procedure.
-
Sun Exposure: Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds 2 weeks prior. Reschedule if sunburned.
-
Hair Removal: Do not tweeze, thread, wax, or tint 1 week before.
-
Alcohol & Caffeine: Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before.
-
Menstrual Cycle: Expect increased sensitivity during your menstrual cycle.
